Demolition of all existing substrates, reprofiling of floor to decrease depth by 100mm complete retile and epoxy grout, replacement of wet deck and grating, stainless steel and steam room and sauna and re caulking to concourse. A typically busy centre hoarding was provided to completely remove the public from construction area. All work was completed in time for the centres reveal day.
