Complete demolition and refurbishment of lap pool and leisure pool, removal of concrete tear drop and existing scum gutter and replacement with new wet deck gutter. Challenged with an operating and busy university, OTD provided dust mitigating marquee to completely cover both pools. Then Removed a vast concrete tear drop from pool to provide life guards with a better line of site and introduced a new hygienic and easily accessible wet deck grated gutter then a complete Re tiling and epoxy grout solution was implemented to the overall satisfaction of our client.
